App terms of use

In plain language:

  • These terms cover the NutriHygiene mobile app. The public website has separate website terms.
  • The app is general nutrition education, not medical advice, and is intended for adults 18+.
  • M/S PROGRASEC operates the app. Nutrition care is a one-time payment of PKR 3,000 or PKR 7,500 for 14 days. The rest of the app is PKR 0.

The app

NutriHygiene is a software product owned and operated by M/S PROGRASEC, a registered business in Pakistan (Office No. 2, GM Plaza, Second Floor, Opposite Alfatah Backside, Beside Quetta Cafe, Kohinoor, Faisalabad Madina Town, Pakistan). By creating an account or using NutriHygiene on iOS or Android, you agree to these terms and the app privacy policy. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. The app is not directed at children. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating, talk to a clinician before relying on calorie targets. See the medical disclaimer.

Accounts

You sign in with Google, or on iPhone with Apple. There is no email-and-password sign-in and no password reset. Keep access to the Google or Apple account you used. You are responsible for activity on your NutriHygiene account. You may delete the account from Settings. We process deletion as described in the privacy policy and on the account deletion page.

Not medical advice

Calorie figures, meal suggestions, weight trends, and step estimates are educational estimates. They are not diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a doctor or registered dietitian. NutriHygiene is not a medical device.

Joint Goals

If you start or join a Joint Goal, you choose to share that goal with one other person. While it is active, that person can see your name, profile photo, goal progress, current and target weight, streak, meals logged, and calorie figures for the goal. You cannot currently hide one of those figures and keep the goal active. Leaving the goal ends it for both of you. Do not invite someone who has not agreed to take part.

Price

The free app costs PKR 0. Nutrition care is one charge for 14 days: PKR 3,000 for an initial consultation and a 14-day diet plan, or PKR 7,500 for that service plus ongoing support, monitoring, and accountability. M/S PROGRASEC collects it through Safepay (card, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa through Safepay). It does not renew. We do not store your card, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa details. Cancellation and refunds are in the refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the catalog, impersonate others, reverse-engineer the service, or use the app to harm anyone. Meal logs and Joint Goals should reflect your own use. We may limit or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. The date above is the current version.
