App terms of use

In plain language:
- These terms cover the NutriHygiene mobile app. The public website has separate website terms.
- The app is general nutrition education, not medical advice, and is intended for adults 18+.
- Paid plans are billed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms; Brio replies can be wrong — flag them in the app.
The app
By creating an account or using NutriHygiene on iOS or Android, you agree to these terms and the app privacy policy. Website calculators and articles are covered by the website terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. The app is not directed at children. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating, talk to a clinician before relying on calorie targets. See the medical disclaimer.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete the account from Settings; we process deletion as described in the privacy policy.
Not medical advice
Calorie figures, meal suggestions, weight trends, and Brio answers are educational estimates. They are not diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a doctor or registered dietitian. NutriHygiene is not a medical device.
AI assistant (Brio)
Brio generates text with a language model. It can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Do not treat it as professional medical or dietetic advice. If a reply is offensive, harmful, or misleading, flag it on that message in the app. We may suspend access if you use the assistant to generate disallowed content or to attack others.
Subscriptions
Free, Pro, and Ultra entitlements are sold through Google Play or the App Store. Billing, cancellation, and refunds follow that store's rules. We receive subscription status via RevenueCat; we do not store your full payment-card number.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the catalog, impersonate others, reverse-engineer the service, or use the app to harm anyone. Meal logs and chat should reflect your own use. We may limit or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms as the product grows. The date above is the current version.
