What we collect

Diet plan & calculator answers. Your goal, age, sex, height, weight, and activity level are saved in this browser's local storage so you never have to re-type them. We do not store your age, sex, height, weight, or activity level. When you download the sample diet plan, you do not need to submit an email. If you choose to sign up for app updates after seeing your result, we receive and store your email and the goal you chose (weight loss, weight gain, or maintain). When our team channel is configured, that email and goal are also sent to Discord.

Email address. Collected only when you submit it, on an optional app-update form, an iOS launch notice, or another website request. We use it for the updates or reply you asked for. You can ask us to stop sending updates through the contact page.

Nutrition Care and iOS interest requests. For Nutrition Care, we collect your name, email, preferred support (one consultation, consultation with ongoing support, or undecided), and a Pakistani WhatsApp number if you provide one. An iOS launch request needs only your email. We save the request type and the website form it came from with these details in our contact inbox so our team can follow up. Nutrition Care is being tested; its form requests test access and does not take payment. If our team channel is configured, Discord receives the request reference and type, source, and support preference, without your name, email, or WhatsApp number.

Contact messages. When you write to us, we store your name, email, the topic you picked, and the message so we can reply. When our team channel is configured, those same details are sent to Discord.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal data. We don't share it with advertisers. The WhatsApp number on the Nutrition Care form is optional and is used to contact you about your request.

Analytics

When a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, the site loads Google Analytics 4. It records which pages you open, how far you scroll, and clicks on outbound links and marked buttons. IP addresses are anonymized. Advertising and ad-personalization storage stay off.

When Google Analytics is configured, analytics storage is allowed by default. If you previously declined analytics through this website, we continue to respect the choice saved in this browser. With storage denied, Google Analytics may still send measurements without cookies. We do not use this for ads, and we do not sell the data.

Chat

Every page loads a chat widget from chat.prograsec.com, a service we operate. The widget sends that service the page address, the address of the page that linked here, and the size of the browser window. If you open the chat and send a message, the message is sent there too, so we can reply.

Sharing your plan

If you have a plan link, it contains the answers used to build that plan, not your email. Anyone you share the link with can see that plan, so share it the way you'd share any personal thing. The diet-plan form on this site does not put your measurements into that link.

Your choices

Clear your browser storage to remove locally saved answers. Any analytics preference you saved previously is also removed when you clear this website's storage. Use the contact page to ask us to stop app-update emails or delete your website email, contact message, or Nutrition Care request.

The mobile app

Account, meal logs, Apple Health and Health Connect steps, and Joint Goals are described in the app privacy policy — that is the URL we submit to Google Play. The customer summary, including who operates NutriHygiene, is the privacy policy. The current app download does not require a payment. Nutrition Care is being tested, and its website interest form does not collect payment.
