Website privacy policy
Updated 18 August 2026
In plain language:
- This page covers the NutriHygiene website. The mobile app has a separate app privacy policy.
- Your diet-plan answers (age, height, weight, goal) are stored in your own browser; they reach our servers only inside the plan link we generate for you.
- We collect your email only when you type it and press submit, and we use it to send what we promised. Unsubscribe works, instantly.
- We don't sell your data.
What we collect
Diet plan & calculator answers. Your goal, age, height, weight, and activity level are saved in your browser's local storage so you never have to re-type them. When you generate a plan, these values are encoded into your plan's link so the plan can be rebuilt whenever the link is opened. They are not stored in a database on our side.
Email address. Collected only when you submit it, to deliver your plan and, if you agreed, our newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Contact messages. When you write to us, we keep the message and your email so we can reply.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't collect your phone number; our WhatsApp presence is a broadcast channel you follow, where your number stays invisible even to us.
Analytics
We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the site is used (which pages help, where people get stuck). Analytics will be introduced with appropriate notice; this policy will be updated when it goes live.
Sharing your plan
A plan link contains the answers used to build it (not your email). Anyone you share the link with can see that plan, so share it the way you'd share any personal thing.
Your choices
Clear your browser storage to remove locally saved answers. Unsubscribe from any email in one tap. Write to us to have your email removed from our records entirely.
The mobile app
Account, meal logs, Health Connect steps, Brio chat, and subscriptions are described in the app privacy policy — that is the URL we submit to Google Play.
Questions
Use the contact page; privacy questions get priority.
